An Australian tabloid was reporting that they were, dreaming up a lovely scenario where Jason enrolled Michelle's six-year-old daughter, Matilda, to help him propose to his mother with flowers.
However it seems that this dream scenario is just that: a dream.
A source close to the Oscar nominated actress quickly denied the engagement on E! News.
The pair made their relationship public in April and have since been inseparable, splitting their time between Michelle's New York and Jason's Los Angeles homes.
The My Week with Marilyn star is well known for being very press-shy and extremely private, going back to her three-year relationship with the late Heath Ledger.
Michelle Williams would make a beautiful bride-to-be, and her young daughter an adorable flower girl, but it seems we will have to wait for that a while longer for that yet…
